Ms. Xiaowen Yuan is a trailblazer in China's futures industry with over 23 years of experience. She played a founding role in the establishment of China’s first futures brokerage, Wantong Futures, and later served as General Manager of Zhaotong Futures, the predecessor of Huatai Futures. In 2011, she became Chairwoman of CITIC Futures, where she led the firm to become the top-ranked brand in the industry within a short time.

Ms. Yuan has served as a board member of the Shanghai Futures Exchange for eight years and held two terms as Chair of the Complaint Committee at the China Futures Association. She has been recognized as one of “China’s Top 100 Brand Women” and “Most Influential Figures in China’s Futures Industry.”

She is also a respected mentor and educator, serving as Guest Lecturer and Advisor at institutions including Peking University. Ms. Yuan holds a master’s degree from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University.
